Restoring Me To Life
Have you ever experienced being totally down?
When problems overpowered your joy.
When expenses overpowered your income.
When your life is overpowered by disappointments.
How do you respond? Did you loose hope? Did you blame God for experiencing this situation in your life? Or worst is did you disregard your faith in God?
Nowadays, no matter how good your sleep was, as soon as you wake up, problems will constantly remove the relaxation you felt while sleeping. No way to hide! Most of the time we question God. Why are there so many problems? Does God still cares?
The enemy (devil) always try to put these questions in our mind. Just recently, I heard a person commented, is the God which we believe in truly exist? Our faith is heavily shakened whenever problems arises. Instead of asking help, we blame God.
First of all, most of our problems came from our past failures. So basically we are simply reaping what we sow. Secondly, problems are normal. It always come and go. Unstoppable!
In times of problems, the only thing we need to do is pray and have faith. Sometimes God wanted to provide solutions but we are not listening to Him. He gives us wisdom, every knowledge we need to solve our problems however we try making other solutions. As if we our wise enough. Apart from God we are nothing! According to John 15:5, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.“
We can murmur, just like what we normally do, but it will not be of good help. In fact, it will make you more farther from God.
Here’s What Should You Do Now:
We cannot control what’s happening. Problems will come and go. It is hard to face it however it takes REAL FAITH to overcome the world. You can try thinking of possible solutions, but if God will not allow it to succeed, then it will be a waste. We have no other choice, just cling to GOD!
In Psalm 71:20-21 it says,
“You have allowed me to suffer much hardship, but you will restore me to life again and lift me up from the depths of the earth. You will restore me to even greater honor and comfort me once again.“
God orchestrated everything. Hardships will always be part of our living. Don’t get confused. Don’t loose hope. You will always be assured that after certain trials in our lives, we will grow mature in a higher level and we will love God intimately. God will restore us back to a good life!
“Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.”
