According to Psalms, what can a mere man do? Why would you ask people for wisdom if you know that all wisdom comes from God. Why would you ask people for financial sustenance if God is our great provider (Jehovah Jireh). Lastly, why would you aspire for other peoples care and love if you know that God is the ultimate lover of all.
It doesn’t matter whether you had a good start in your ministry. What will make a difference is when you had a great finish in the end of this race.
Are you convinced that you have never lived a loveless day? Not one. Never unloved. Those times you deserted Christ? He loved you. You hid from him; he came looking for you.
Does grumbling produce any good fruit? Isn’t it that grumbling is the reason why the next generation of Joshua and Caleb entered the promise land, and not the batch of Moses?
What if everyone worked with God in mind? Suppose no one worked to satisfy self or please the bottom line but everyone worked to please God.
Come and see the works of the Lord, the desolation He has brought on the earth. He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth; He breaks the bow and shatters the spear, He burns the shields with fire. (Verses 8-9) Come and see the works of the Lord! See all the good things He has done in your life! He is your friend. He is with you always. He gives comfort, joy and peace. He makes all things beautiful in His time.

A very busy week passed again for all of us. There are a lot of business problems for owners. More work schedules and deadlines for employees. More clients for professionals. The whole week, we worked for a living; to fill our families daily needs.
We can make a big deal about God on Sundays with our songs and on Mondays with our strengths. Every day in every deed. Each time we do our best to thank God for giving his, we worship. “Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering” (Romans 12:1 MSG). Worship places God on center stage and us in proper posture.
