It’s very easy to attend church service or support church ministries. The truth is people could fake it all. I have some friends since high school who is with me attending church back then. Now? They are all gone, lost! When we talk about christianity, we are not totally dealing with beliefs but rather faith. All people do believe in God, but not all have faith.

Where Are The Men Of God?

At this point in time, war is at rage, poverty is getting worst, disasters are killing thousands and new diseases causes worldwide panic. We all ask ourselves, what can we do about it? We try to search for those mighty men of God, hoping that we may find hope with their words of wisdom. Nowadays, there are so many christian seminars overpopulating the communities. People give time to attend those seminars even if the speakers are trying to talk about same things. Why does people attend again and again?

People believed that the speakers will give them extra hope to live their lives with strength and courage. I am not against them because I strongly believe that God sent us prophets and preaches to warn us and uplift us. But what if those people that we are looking is “Missing in Action?“

I recently watched a video from www.tangle.com. It talks about the need of having servants and leaders nowadays which are truly dedicated on their service with God. As partially discussed in the video, David is at his peak of service with God when He fall into a very destructive sin. It holds true even today. Most leaders are missing in action because they let the enemy overpower them.

I pray that God may open your eyes about urgent need for dedicated Kingdom Leaders.

God Will Make A Way

I’m quite sure you are already familiar with the song “God Will Make A Way” by Don Moen. Though this is somewhat old, the message of the song ministers till now, and forever will. As I listen to the song, it made me remember what God did starting on the time when God pulled out the Israelites from the bondage and slavery of the Egyptians. So many miracles had been shown and God uncovers His power, the power of an Almighty God.

Even today, this song can minister. Now that we are facing a lot of financial struggles, incurable diseases, and devastating phenomenal changes, the more we need God. But no matter how worst our problems may be, we can be assured that God will always be there for us. Probably not always to solve our problems, but to comfort us in anyway possible. This is the love of God.

God will always make a way. As Jesus said in His Word in Matthew 19:26, “with God, all things are possible!”

Let My Life Be Like A Love Song

Just recently, I had that chance to listen again to one of the songs that really ministers to me. It is produced by Vineyard which is entitled “Let My Life Be Like A Love Song.”

As defined, love song is a song about love or expressing love for another person. It intends to touch ones heart.

For quite some time, I’ve been thinking about how I lived my life. Yes I am a christian, but is this claim enough to show that I love God. People may see me serving the ministry but they would never know what’s inside me. Sad to say, there are a lot of people who served the ministry because it is like a job given to them; not an expression of love for God. In our world today, we normally say “I Love You” to the ones that we love even to God. In fact, most of the Christians songs that we sing and play includes that phrase and we use it to worship God. However I don’t forget what Kim Walker (Jesus Culture Band) said while she singing, “without the love of God, the songs that we sing will only be like any ordinary words we utter.”

As the world tells us, action speaks louder than words. It is very easy to say I Love You, but showing it matters most.

I lived my life often saying I Love You to God. But I realized that for all those times I’ve been saying it, I guess He did not really felt it from me.

I say I love Him, still I sin.
I say I love Him, still I disobey.
I say I love Him, still I don’t share the love of God.
I say I love Him, still my mouth speaks unrighteous words.
I say I love Him, still my life don’t say it’s true.

Words will never be enough. Lately, I just prayed to God that He may help me live a life that shows love for Him. That is why I loved this song for so many years. This is what I pray, this is what I declare in my life. Let My Life Be Like A Love Song! I want to start living a life that pleases Him. A life that will makes Him smile. I want God to feel loved by how I lived my life. Without words (I love you), I want to show it.

This is my story, how about yours? Do you often say I Love You to God? The most important question here is, does God really felt it based from how you lived your life? Do you please Him? Does he smiles whenever he sees your life? You are the only one who can answer this. Let this be a challenge not just for me, for but for all of us. Let Our Life Be Like A Love Song!
